Hi. So, you'd like to know a little about me. Sure, why not. I was born in 1970 in Stevens Point, a small town of approximately twenty thousand in the middle of Wisconsin, where I lived for the first twenty-plus years of my life. After graduating high school, I went to college at the local university, the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. I majored in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems. After graduating, I decided it was time to try someplace different, so I left the lush forests and farm lands behind, and moved to the desert. There, I attended Arizona State University in Tempe, receiving my Masters degree in Computer Science. After graduating, I worked for several different startups during the Internet Bubble years, none of which worked out. After working for others, I decided to strike out on my own. To be completely honest, it probably wasn't such a conscious decision as it was more of a decision of survival, which I'm very glad for as I watch the unemployment rate creep steadily higher. So, I now currently run my own one man show, traveling the country as a corporate trainer teaching various computer related classes. As a corporate trainer, I travel quite extensively throughout the United States, and as such, I spend a lot of time in airports, on airplanes, and in other cities. To help pass the time while on the road and during my off weeks between trips, I decided to write a book. For the past several years I had many different ideas floating around in my head for a novel and kept telling my friends that someday I was going to write a book. Finally I said it was time to stop saying what I was going to do and finally do it. Thus, two years ago I began writing Assassins Game. It has been a long journey, and if I had known it was going to take this long, I might not have started. But now that I am nearly at the end of my journey, I'm glad I did it. My hope now is that people will enjoy the book, and that this book will be just the beginning of my writing career, as I have many other stories running around in my head that want to be let out.
